Windsor Guildhall Wedding Photography

The last two years have been somewhat interesting playing catch up on 2020 still which is why this Windsor Guildhall wedding is only just hitting my blog now 18months late, but its totally worth it if the ask me as this wedding is filled with laughter, cocktails and a marquee that fits exactly in Beths parents garden in Windsor making the most of every inch possible. The year before their wedding, I met up with Beth and Russ prior to their wedding for a family shoot at Tyntesfield National Trust during the pandemic when weddings weren’t running as before and we instantly connected. They are both beautiful people inside and out and you could feel the love on the day, and meeting their little boy too was extra special.

Beth and Russ’s original plans were to get married in Bristol where they were currently living in August 2020, but as we all know, everyones plans came to a halt and after contemplating waiting even longer, possibly into 2022, they decided that their hometown was a better option and it meant they could get married sooner which is what its all about. This didn’t stop them having a party though, as Beths mums house became the reception venue after a beautiful ceremony at the local guildhall. We even took some time out to visit Windsor castle too and walk through the town to use the beautiful gardens at the gates and the red brick architecture.

Beth and Russ decided that’s the Windsor Boys would be perfect for the drinks reception which they certainly were, with cocktails galore and then food was brought to us by The Secret Cook and Aroma Wood Oven pizza all local based. This all went down without a hitch, and I even elf the night with my own pizza for the drive home. Cheers guys! I don’t get to shoot too many wedding sin London but would certainly do more if the opportunity came to me.

“We booked Ryan for our wedding which was, unfortunately hit by Covid in 2019. Ryan was amazing at rescheduling and completely changing venue and entire wedding plans in 2020! We can’t recommend Ryan enough. He is really approachable, makes you feel totally at ease all day and slotted into the wedding perfectly, everyone commented on how lovely he was. We didn’t want too many formal photos and that’s just Ryan’s style, he captured so many perfect small moments of the day without us even seeing him click his camera!
We have also used him for a family photo shoot on what should have been our original wedding date, and these photos were wonderful too. Thank you so much Ryan for capturing our day and leaving us with memories to treasure x”
