As far as winter weddings go this Winkworth Farm wedding was pretty awesome! The weather, the venue and the couple made it the picture perfect day to capture. This year alone, I’ve got the pleasure of visiting over 10 new venues, and Winkworth Farm in Malmsebury was the first on the list and I’m so glad Ruth and Ben chose me to capture their big day. The venue was amazing and Ruth and Bens take on it was just what it needed; and in completely honesty they didn’t add a lot to it which was perfect. The character of the building, between the old and new parts is beautiful, the food was lovely and the settings around the venue is just enough to tease all the city goers into a countryside wedding.
Ruth decided to wear a simply but elegant Gino Cerutti dress for the day and white Rainbow Heals to complete the look, which worked perfectly with the feel of the venue, and was very practical for walking over the grass for those all important shots at golden hour which was my favourite part of the day except for the cold. Once again, you’ve probably learned from reading my blogs, Im no good at the talking part so ill leave you to view the pictures below and get a taste of how amazing their wedding day was.
A huge congratulations and thank you to Ruth and Ben for choosing me to capture their big day, and I hope you all enjoy this sneak preview from their big day at Winkworth Farm.
